Welcome to the National Fathers' Resource Center (NFCR) website. Please take a moment to read this brief introduction so that you and your children (or grandchildren) can benefit as much as possible from your visit today and in the future.

NFRC is a division of Fathers For Equal Rights, Inc. (FER), located in Dallas, Texas, with offices in both Dallas and Fort Worth. We are one of the largest and most active fathers' rights organizations in the U.S. FER is a 36 year old, non-profit education and civil rights organization, recognized as a 501 (c) (3) organization by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. (So, if you want to make a charitable contribution, it may qualify for a tax deduction!) We receive no government grants of any kind, so we depend primarily upon walk-in and online members for our revenue. While we usually have one or two attorneys on our Board of Directors, we are not controlled or managed by lawyers. We are dads, just like you.

Our NFRC website, which you are looking at, is our effort to assist fathers, children, and families beyond our walk-in offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. Through the Internet we can now share our knowledge and empower fathers around the corner and around the world.

Our website has evolved over time. This is our third revision in the past 12 years. Those of you who have visited our website before will immediately notice major improvements and enhancements, all designed to be more helpful to those dads who are in the middle of family court litigation or who need information to protect themselves and their children. BBVA Compass For Your Cause Helps Fathers For Equal Rights Promote Healthy Families And Responsible Parenting.

BBVA Compass and its customers are helping Fathers For Equal Rights raise much-needed funds for dads and children through a program called BBVA Compass For Your Cause. Through BBVA Compass For Your Cause, BBVA Compass will donate $50 to Fathers for Equal Rights for each supporter that opens a new Compass checking Account associated with Fathers for Equal Rights. In addition, BBVA Compass will pay Fathers for Equal Rights a percentage of the purchase price of all qualifying signature-based transactions supporters make with their check card.
