FATHERS4KIDS — STATE FLAG ASSET PROVENANCE Checked November 1, 2026 SOURCE AND COPYRIGHT These textures are rasterizations of the linked Wikimedia Commons SVG files. Each original file was checked against the imageinfo SHA-1, and the downloaded SVG and PNG have SHA-256 hashes in asset-manifest.json. Forty-nine source files are public domain; Mississippi is labeled copyrighted free use, with explicit unrestricted commercial reuse on its linked source page. No modified state flag designs were invented. SEPARATE EMBLEM RESTRICTIONS Public-domain artwork does not authorize false government endorsement or every commercial emblem use. This is an asset provenance audit, not an opinion covering all state-symbol laws. Full flags displayed as fictional courtroom scenery differ from using an isolated seal in a product logo. Massachusetts is marked for a neutral state-name banner pending review; the official seal guidance is not asserted to be a blanket ban on its coat-of-arms flag. RECENT DESIGNS Minnesota: current May 11, 2024 flag. Utah: current Beehive Flag, effective 2024. Mississippi: 2020 design enacted January 11, 2021. Massachusetts: official source still identifies the white coat-of-arms flag approved in 1971; proposals have not been treated as adopted. TECHNICAL Original vectors are retained. PNGs are rendered at approximately 512 pixels wide with original aspect ratios and transparency. Ohio is swallowtailed. Oregon uses its obverse; a realistic reverse-side flag needs its distinct beaver artwork. Do not mirror text-bearing flags if the backside will be visible.
