PRIVACY & TERMS

Your privacy. Clear terms.

Practice with fictional facts. The simulator is educational and does not provide legal advice or representation.

Game data and privacy

Your practice progress stays on this device. Shared kiosk sessions do not retain it. Routine connection information may be processed by our hosting and browser providers to deliver the game.

Fathers4Kids automatically records aggregate gameplay and performance counts on its own hosting. These counters use no tracking cookies or player identifiers. They help us improve loading, controls and exercises.

Google Analytics is also available for internal analysis where permitted. Reports are for authorized internal use, not public display or advertiser access. We do not send recordings, transcripts, typed statements, answer text, personal case details, member information or advertiser form contents.

Measurements include game starts, exercise steps, scores, objection topics, response times, replays, frame rate and error categories. Page queries and referrers are excluded. Google processes routine device and connection information. Online analytics are off in desktop and kiosk editions.

Optional Google analytics can be turned off here. You do not need to change browser privacy settings to play.

Microphone practice

The microphone starts only when you activate it and grant permission. Default recognition and conversation run on your device. Files download on first use. The game does not upload your recordings or conversation to an AI service or save them to disk. Rehearsal text clears when you leave.

If you choose your browser’s speech service, it may process audio under its own terms. Typing is also available. Use fictional information only.

Support logs

A short log stays in memory during play. It contains timings, exercise scores and error categories, not recordings or private case details. Save or clear it in Settings. Nothing is sent automatically when you save a log. Closing the game clears it.

Educational use

Scores measure fictional exercises, not your legal rights, qualifications or likely court outcome. Court procedures vary. Check current rules, orders and instructions from your assigned court. No State Bar endorsement or CLE credit is claimed.

Advertisements

Advertisements are labeled and do not affect instruction, feedback or scores. Game ads appear only on welcome and results screens. Personal paid copies are ad-free. Approved office editions may show direct placements. No Google ads load in desktop apps or kiosks.

Ads are not selected from your case choices, answers, voice or membership. Google advertising remains inactive while approval and placement checks are completed. When enabled, Google’s policies and applicable consent choices apply. Ads never prevent play.

Advertising terms

Fathers for Equal Rights reviews advertisers and provides custom quotes. Placement, dates and pricing must be agreed before publication. Payment does not guarantee approval. Placements may be declined or paused. Views, clicks and clients are not guaranteed.

Advertisers are responsible for accurate claims and applicable rules. Attorneys must also follow professional advertising requirements. Texas attorney advertising guidance ↗

The advertising page prepares a request on your device. It sends nothing automatically. Sending it through your email app or FER’s sponsorship form shares the request with FER. Approved placements are invoiced through PayPal.
