Login and account access
Use Login in the navigation or open My Account. Sign in with the email address used for your membership. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset option on the login screen or contact our team.
Membership application and ID
After your membership payment, follow the account setup link to set your password and complete your private membership application. In My Account, choose Membership Application to finish your information, then Verify Membership to view your membership ID and status.
If you have already paid but cannot access your account, contact us before making another payment. Include the email address used at checkout and your payment date so we can help locate it.
Courses and Life Coaching
Complete your membership application and sign in with an active membership to access the online courses. For Life Coaching options, visit Membership & Coaching. Contact us if your access or appointment details do not appear as expected.
Payment questions
For help with a payment, email the payment date, amount, and order or transaction reference if available. Please do not send passwords, complete card numbers, or security codes. All payments are non-refundable; see the Terms & Conditions.

Tell us which page you were using, what you expected to happen, and any error message. Include your device and browser if you know them. Avoid including private case documents or sensitive family information.
